For any new sofa purchase with delivery, Cosmopolitan Design offers pickup of the used furniture (pickup occurs only after the new sofa is delivered, on a “one-collected item for one delivered” basis). Used sofas only with dimensions comparable to those ordered are subject to the pickup service. Items must be disassembled by the customer and prepared for pickup by the carrier. If you have chosen home delivery, the old sofa will be picked up from in front of the house. To arrange pickup of the old sofa, please indicate this when ordering.
The service is free of charge and guarantees recycling and/or valuation of your sofa by Eco-mobilier.
